What are Mid-Year Changes? The Main Line Health PerfectFit Benefit Program will allow employees to make new enrollment elections or to change existing enrollment elections during the plan year (i.e. January 1, 2010 - December 31, 2010) providing an employee meets the criteria to make changes outside of Open Enrollment within 30 days from the date of the event (ie: Marriage, Birth, etc.).

Main Line Health's PerfectFit Benefit Program is required to be administered in accordance with IRS guidelines as it relates to allowing mid-year changes to pre-tax plans. To determine your eligibility for making mid-year changes, you can follow the directions on the Qualifying Status Change Guidelines. Please complete the Qualifying Status Change form and return it to your Human Resources department with the appropriate documentation for your change to be processed.
