Online Connections - Enrolling & Changing Your Benefits

All changes to your benefit elections must be done through our online enrollment system, MLH Self Service. You can access MLH Self Service 24 hours a day during Open Enrollment (Sunday, October 18 through Sunday, November 1 at Midnight), except for 1 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily. Note: Due to system maintenance, the system may be slower on weekdays from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.

Getting Started:

Are you a New Hire to Main Line Health? If yes, please follow the Newly-Hired/Eligible Employees section of this page to enroll in your benefits. If you are currently employed by Main Line Health and are recently eligible (some restrictions may apply) for benefits or desiring to make changes to your benefits, please follow the Mid-Year Changes section of this page to make your changes.

When Decisions Take Effect:

If you are currently enrolled in PerfectFit, any changes you make during Open Enrollment will take effect January 1, 2010. If you're a new hire, your elections are effective the first of the month after you complete 30 days of employment. If you become eligible during the year due to a change in job status, your coverage is effective the first day of the following month, provided you've completed your 30 days of employment.
