Your Medical Benefits The Main Line Health PerfectFit Benefits Program provides a variety of medical options. When you enroll for medical coverage, you are automatically covered under the Prescription Drug Plan. You can choose from five medical options. Each medical option offers preventive, routine and emergency care. You may also waive coverage if you have coverage elsewhere. You can choose from the following options:

Your Prescription Drug Benefits You automatically receive coverage under the Prescription Drug Plan when you elect any of the medical plan options. You're encouraged, but not required, to use the MLH Employee Pharmacy to fill prescriptions for acute care. Maintenance prescriptions must be filled by the Employee Pharmacy. The cost of your prescription will depend on where you get it filled and if it is a brand-name or generic drug. You'll pay the least for maintenance and acute care medications when you use the Employee Pharmacy and select a generic equivalent. Aetna Network Pharmacy You can purchase up to a 30-day supply of most acute care generic and brand-name prescription drugs at any Aetna participating pharmacy (most major retail pharmacy chains/stores participate in the Aetna network). The Aetna prescription drug benefit is a three-tier prescription drug program.

Your Vision Benefits Under the MLH Vision Plan, vision care is offered through Vision Benefits of America (VBA). You can receive vision care and purchase corrective eyewear at in-network rates through VBA's nationwide network of more than 12,000 optometrists, ophthalmologists and retail optical stores. Your Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) MLH offers you two pre-tax accounts that allow you to set aside money to pay for certain healthcare and dependent care expenses. They are:
Your Life Insurance Benefits You may choose to protect yourself and your family with Employee and/or Dependent Life Insurance. Employee Life Insurance You can choose from the following options for yourself, up to a maximum benefit of $2.5 million:
MLH pays for employee life insurance of 1x your pay; you pay the cost for any additional coverage that you elect. You will receive money back in your paycheck if:
Dependent Life Insurance You may choose from the following options for your dependents. You pay the full cost of this coverage.
Your Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Benefits You may choose to protect yourself and your family with AD&D Insurance. AD&D pays benefits in these situations:

Dependent AD&D Insurance You may also choose coverage for your family. If you choose Employee + Family AD&D coverage, dependent AD&D coverage is based on your election. This chart shows how much coverage you would get under each option.
Your Long-Term Disability (LTD) Benefits Main Line Health allows eligible employees (other than Senior Management & Physicians) to receive a choice of the benefits listed below if you are disabled for more than 180 days due to a qualifying illness or accident that occurred on or off the job. MLH offers LTD coverage up to 60% of your pre-disability pay, at no cost to you. You may elect LTD coverage which pays a benefit equal to:
Your Short-Term Disability (STD) Benefits **Please Note: Your Short-Term Disability entitlement may vary based on your work location and employment status. To learn more click on the Disability Benefits Section under 'Understanding Your Benefits' on the left navigation bar. Main Line Health allows eligible employees to receive 50% of your pre-disability pay for up to 150 calendar days if you are unable to work as a result of a qualifying illness or accident that is not job-related. MLH provides STD coverage at no cost to you. The STD program is administered by Nationwide Better Health. You are eligible to participate in the STD program if you are:
Earned Leave **Please Note: Your earned leave entitlement may vary based on your work location and employment status. To learn more click on the Earned Leave Section under 'Understanding Your Benefits' on the left navigation bar. Basic Leave (following 90 days of service) Employees earn 4-7 weeks per year (accrued biweekly) for full-time employees based on pay grade and length of service, pro-rated for part-time employees. Used for scheduled vacation, personal time, and short-term illness. Cash-in option available. Maximum carryover is one times annual accrual. Extended Illness (following 90 days of service) Two weeks per year (accrued biweekly) for full-time employees, pro-rated for part-time employees. Used for employee's extended illness with physician certification. Maximum accrual is 80 days. Holidays (upon hire) Six designated holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Carebridge - Main Line Health's work/life information provider. Carebridge counselors and publications can help with: child care, eldercare, parenting, college planning, relocation, adoption information, personal financial management, time or stress management. They will help you with referrals, provide written material and help you find eldercare options. This program is provided at no cost to employees. Direct Deposit - All new employees are required to sign up for Direct Deposit (using ePay through MLH Self Service) to a checking or savings account through payroll deductions. FirstCALL - Employee Assistance Program - Main Line Health's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) First Call. This program provides short-term counseling, consultation, referrals and case management to employees and members of their households. FirstCALL can help you address issues such as: stress, relationship and emotional problems, job pressures, concerns about substance abuse, legal and financial quandaries, health advocacy services and more. Employee Assistance services are free, confidential, and accessible 24/7. Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union - A Federal Credit Union is available to all employees of Riddle Memorial Hospital. The Credit Union offers a wide variety of banking, financial and investing services to members, including checking and savings accounts, mortgages, loans, insurance, brokerage and investing accounts, credit cards, ATM cards, and on-line banking. The Credit Union offers convenient, low cost services to Riddle Memorial Hospital Employees. Main Line Health Federal Credit Union - A Federal Credit Union is available to all employees of Main Line Health. MLH Employee MarketPlace - Motivano - Employees can purchase a wide range of products and services at discounted prices through the Motivano website and telephone customer service representatives. In addition to buying services, the MarketPlace provides concierge and personal buying assistance. Parking - Free parking. All employees are eligible upon hire. StayHealthy Program - Staying healthy is a full-time commitment at Main Line Health. This program offers some very exciting, and rewarding, disease management services. Transfer Opportunities (Job Posting) - Eligible to post for transfer opportunities within Jefferson Health System after 9 months of service. Consideration based on qualifications. Tuition Reimbursement - 100% of tuition up to $6,000 per calendar year for full-time employees. Pro-rated benefits for part-time employees. Reimbursed upon satisfactory completion of pre-approved course(s). Eligibility: following 90 days of service; authorized to work at least 32 hours per pay period. If you're not taking advantage of the match, you're losing money! If you earn $25,000 and contribute 4%, you are saving $1,000 and getting a match of $250, plus interest on both.
