Earned Leave Benefits
Main Line Health provides benefits eligible full-time and benefits eligible part-time employees paid time off from work. This excludes the Physician Practices and may vary from work location.
There are two Earned Leave accounts - Basic Leave and Extended Illness. Basic Leave time must be used for personal time off, scheduled vacations, and for the first three (3) days of short-term illnesses. Extended Illness may only be used for an employee's own non work related extended illness or injury. Earned Leave is accrued from the date an employee becomes eligible; however, employees may not use either account until they have been employed for 90 days.
